Our workshop repairs are charged by computer type, not by the hour!
We fix all makes including Apple Mac and game consoles. We use state of the art job management software that generates a unique barcode for each system, we simply scan it and we have all the details of your PC including all previous faults and work carried out. It’s a bit like servicing your car; we keep a full service and repair history of your computer.
Every computer repair gets a free professional clean. Build up of dust and fluff is one of the major causes of computer failure so that’s why we thoroughly clean every computer inside and out* and will advise if cooling fans need replacing helping to keep your computer in perfect running order for years to come.

Onsite service £66 per hour or part thereof. Minimum 1 hour labour.
FREE collect and return includes un-plugging your system and upon return, connecting it all back up again making sure everything is plugged in properly. (we will spend max 20 mins onsite for this purpose, beyond that time is chargeable at the onsite rate) Max10 miles distance from workshop.
